What T-shirts and hoodies do you use?
We use AS Colour for all apparel, ensuring you get only the best quality clothing.

We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on where you live. For the best estimate, check the Australia Post website: Domestic delivery times - Australia Post.
What is your turnaround time?
We ensure all orders are shipped within 7 business days from the date of order. If your order is urgent, let us know by emailing or messaging us on our socials, and we will do our best to assist.
How do I track my order?
All postage is via Australia Post. To track your order, click the link in the delivery confirmation email you receive after purchase. We update you every step of the way via email!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally. If you cannot find your country, just email us at info@ivdvinylco.com.au.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email info@ivdvinylco.com.au ASAP with your order number and details of the change or cancellation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay and other common payment methods.
Customisation and Design
Do you have a minimum order for custom clothing or stickers?
No! You can order as few as one or as many as you like. We pride ourselves on servicing both big and small orders.
Can I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes, we can provide a proof for all custom printed stickers for your approval before production. Please note that this may add to the processing time.
What file types do you accept?
We recommend vector files for your stickers as they are more sticker-friendly and will produce a better quality product. Acceptable vector files: EPS, AI, PDF, or SVG. To achieve excellent print quality, we suggest a minimum resolution of 300dpi. The higher the resolution, the better the print outcome. Please keep in mind that if the image you send is low resolution, the sticker will be low resolution!
Can you help me with my design?
Yes, however, this will incur an additional fee. Please email info@ivdvinylco.com.au for a quote.
Can I split the quantity I ordered into multiple designs?
Email us at info@ivdvinylco.com.au, and our friendly team will be in touch to assist.
Discounts and Bulk Orders
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
We sure do! The more you order, the better the discount. Don’t hesitate to reach out for a quote; we are always happy to see what we can do.
Application and Care
How do I apply my sticker?
Our stickers are super easy to apply. Please follow the steps here. For ease of application, we always recommend purchasing our sticker application pack.
How do I care for my custom apparel?
For best results, turn garments inside out before washing. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
I love your prep spray! Can I use it for other things?
Absolutely! Our prep spray is great for cleaning car windows.
Issues and Returns
Wrong item delivered or missing item(s):
If you received the wrong order, please email info@ivdvinylco.com.au with your order number and a picture of the item you received, and our team will be in touch to resolve the issue.
Did you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout?
Please email info@ivdvinylco.com.au ASAP. Include your order number and the correct address, and we will do our best to change it before your order ships.
What is your refunds, returns & exchange policy?
As we make custom stickers and apparel, we do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind or incorrectly chosen products/sizes. Please choose your items carefully. If a product is wrong, missing, or damaged, contact us with a photograph of the incorrect order or damage, and we will strive to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please ensure this is done within 30 days. For peace of mind, we encourage you to consider purchasing insurance available at checkout for an additional $2.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email info@ivdvinylco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation: Please make sure that you:
- Placed the order with your primary email and not a different one.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Entered the correct spelling.
